The script isn't following my voice
- Check the mic meter under the script. If the bars don't move, DuoPrompt can't hear you.
- Open Settings › DuoPrompt and turn on Microphone and Speech Recognition.
- Make sure the mode switch on the prompter says Voice, not Manual.
- On the free plan, voice-follow includes 3 recorded takes. After that, manual scroll keeps working.
The camera preview is blank
Open Settings › DuoPrompt and turn on Camera, then close and reopen the prompter. Also check Settings inside DuoPrompt, where the camera can be switched off.
My video didn't save
DuoPrompt needs permission to add to Photos. Open Settings › DuoPrompt › Photos and choose Add Photos Only.
Tabletop mode didn't switch on
On iPhone Duo, half-fold the phone partway so it stands on its own; DuoPrompt switches when iOS reports the hinge as partly open. You can also choose “Half-folded on a table” under Setup in DuoPrompt's Settings to always use the split layout. See the iPhone Duo guide.
Restore a purchase
Open DuoPrompt › Settings › Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple Account you bought Pro with.
Cancel a subscription
Open your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions › DuoPrompt Pro.
